When you’re feeling tired or sluggish, this short and simple workout is the perfect little pick-me-up.
It’s quick – six minutes if you do it once through or 12 minutes (because, math) if you do it twice. I recommend repeating it so you can get a little heart rate boost. It’s easy and fun and it will leave you feeling warm and toasty.
And the best bit? You don’t need any equipment at all, not even a mat.
